The following fees apply when making payments online or in-person using an “e-check” or credit/debit card.

All EFT or ACH (e-check) payments using a checking or savings account are subject to a $2.95 convenience fee regardless of the payment amount.

If you prefer to use a credit or debit card for your online payment, the following convenience fees apply depending on what you are paying:

$400 is the maximum amount you can pay for a single credit or debit card transaction. Utility Bill payments up to $400 via debit or credit card are subject to a $3.95 convenience fee. If your Utility Bill is more than $400, you can make multiple debit or credit card transactions but each transaction will be subject to the $3.95 fee.
The convenience fee for Property Tax Payments or Pet Licenses paid via debit or credit card are calculated on a percentage basis of 3.25% of the amount you are paying. Pet License fees listed on the payment screen drop down menu include an additional $1 to cover the processing and mailing of tags back to you.

You may also make a Utility Bill payment over the phone by calling 855-329-4245 and following the prompts. Please have your 4-digit Utility account number ready. An additional $1 fee will be added to the convenience fees listed above to use this service.
