Chapman Farms Boulevard Project
About the Project: New road construction on the west side of STH 83 and will intersect STH 83 and Black Bear Blvd.
Contractor: Musson Bros.
Status: Under Construction.
Tax Incremental District #4
About the Project: Tax incremental district proposed as a mixed-use district.
Information: Below are some resources regarding Tax Incremental Financing (TIF).

Status: Preliminary approval by Plan Commission on June 13, 2017. Joint Review Board review on June 29, 2017. Public hearing and final approval by Plan Commission on July 11, 2017. The Village Board will consider the plan on August 15, 2017. The Joint Review Board adopted the plan on September 6, 2017.
