Sealed Bids will be received by Village of Mukwonago at 440 River Crest Court, Mukwonago, WI 53149 no later than 10:00 a.m. local time on April 10, 2019. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above time and place.
Project involves construction of iron filter facilities at Well 5 and roofing replacements at three well stations.

All Work is included in a single prime contract.
Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of Village of Mukwonago and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours.

Partial sets of Bidding Documents are not available. Neither Owner, Engineer nor Issuing Office is responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including any Addenda, obtained from other sources. The cost of Bidding Documents is non-refundable. Each entity obtaining Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office will be designated as a Plan Holder of Record. Bids received from entities who are not Plan Holders of Record may be returned as being non-responsive. Bids will only be accepted from Bidders who purchase Bidding Documents as noted above.
A Bidder’s qualification statement must be delivered to the Village of Mukwonago at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to the Village of Mukwonago equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to the Village of Mukwonago as liquidated damages.
Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages.
The Village of Mukwonago reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
