The Village recently implemented a new software program for utility billing and with that change is a new bill format. We also changed the vendor we use to accept online bill payments. The new bill contains information pertaining to meter usage including meter reading dates with base charges listed separately from usage charges.
Detailed rate information can be found on the back of the bill. Your account number has also been shortened from 13 digits to 4 digits. You will need this number to take advantage of online bill pay which you can use to make one-time payments or to register your account for future payments, paperless statements, reminder notifications and access to your billing history.
